Welcome to the Todcast! In this episode it was my pleasure to sit down with tattoo podcast lord and incredible tattooer Andrew Stortz who was in Australia last year for the Sydney Tattoo Convention. Listen in as we discuss and the dangers of anesthetic tattoos and the rework that comes from getting your sleeve done in a day. Find out how Andrew got his start in the industry and what's transpired since then. Learn about how the Books Closed podcast came to be and how it's shaped Andrew's life today. This was a lot of fun to film and goes to show that everything doesn't have to be so serious and polished. Thanks for your time Andrew I have a lot of fun with this one.

Welcome to the Todcast! In this episode it was my pleasure to sit down with the one and only Eddy Deutsche who was in Australia earlier in the year for the Sydney Tattoo Convention. Listen in to hear Eddy recount his time at Ed Hardy's Tattoo City which announced earlier it was closing it's doors after 47 years since it's inception in 1977. Eddie recounts his time in the early days of the Bay Area tattooing scene alongside the likes of Freddie Corbin, Dann Higgs and Freddy Negrete. Hear about Eddy's beginnings in tattooing and how everything changed when he got the call to open a shop with Ed Hardy where he worked for the next four years. A historically rich episode that I hope you enjoy, thanks for listening!
